     Hello everyone and WELCOME to HISTORIC CHARLESTON! I am a University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill "Alum" who first moved to Charleston in 1991. I have cooked professionally for over 20 year.s and my "Cook's Tour" has included many incredible cities all over this beautiful country of ours, including Charleston, N.Y.C., Beaver Creek, Colorado, Fort Lauderdale, Raleigh/Durham, Asheville and Boston.

 

     The Chef in me still loves "making people happy with food" BUT for the last several years I HAVE BEEN EVEN HAPPIER SHARING WHAT I KNOW & LOVE ABOUT CHARLESTON WITH PEOPLE LIKE YOU!
